Shamrock Cutie Trading Card

I am trying to get things going with this Blog... I am a work in progress and am self-learning on everything, so, if anyone out there that wants to help me out feel free to comment and I can learn and develop wonderful creations from your help :)
This is a FIRST for me... a Trading Card that measures 2 1/2" X 3 1/2" and the file I chose was this little cutie... Shamrock Cuties by KaDoodle Bug Designs found here:
